Job Requirements

1. 5- 8 years of relevant experience in a Personal Assistant role especially from Chinese companies or familiar with the Chinese working culture
2. Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
3. Strong command in excel and proficient in MS office
4. Good time management, detail minded, mature, able to prioritize multiple tasks

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to senior director
2. Handle phone calls and emails for senior director
3. Responsible for arranging meeting schedule, business trips, appointment, travel arrangements, itinerary of senior director
4. Prepare meeting minutes, business reports for multiple purposes
5. Liaise with internal and external parties proactively
6. Minutes taking during important meetings
7. Close liaise and coordinate with Headquarter in Beijing, internal and external parties in professional manner
8. Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
9. Handle personal matters, including confidential correspondence, records, and entertainment functions, etc
